Lead the first conversation with prospective clients and help both sides decide whether ForMyTax is the right fit.

What you would do

  • Conduct structured introductory conversations by phone or video

Serve individuals, families, independent workers, and small-business owners with careful tax preparation and clear bilingual communication.

What you would do

  • Prepare individual and small-business tax returns accurately and on time
  • Conduct tax interviews and explain document needs in English and Spanish
  • Review W-2, 1099, self-employment, dependent, credit, and deduction information
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with clients
  • Maintain organized workpapers and protect confidential information
  • Coordinate with reviewers and communicate return status clearly

  • Lead planning conversations and explain recommendations in practical language
  • Research technical issues and document positions, assumptions, and conclusions
  • Coordinate with tax preparers, bookkeeping teams, and outside professionals
  • Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and strong quality controls

What matters in this role
